Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar, then add the egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients into the wet ones, then fold in the chocolate chips. Place on a baking sheet in tsp-sized dollops (after greasing the trays – you don’t want your cookies to get too cozy with the baking sheet, hey), and bake for 8-10 minutes.
